CHRIS SOMMERS', 29, has recently returned to the Bay Area after a long "witness protection program" hiatus. It's questionable if his name is really Chris Sommers or the notorious "Chris Santos". Often mistaken for a member of the band "Menudo", Chris swears that he is really from Zimbabwe. From what we are told, his musical resume has included tours with local funk and jazz acts: Good Foot, The Fellas, and Free City. Chris often collaborates with musicians and bands from The Sacramento/Davis area as well: The Wendell Fishman Trio, The Free Association. A big fan of the Beatles, Chris claims Abbey Road would have been a much different album if he were in the band - "I have much nicer feet!"
